What to expect with your new boiler installation

We aim to arrive at your home at 8 am.
Our priority is to cover your carpets and any work surfaces; we kindly ask you to prepare for your installation by moving any of your belongings away from the working area to keep them safe.
We will need access to the boiler, gas meter, cylinder and stop-cock.
The water mains will be turned off during your installation. Set aside a few bottles of water for your needs.
Once the installation is complete, we will walk you through using your new boiler and any controls and ensure your satisfaction.
We will clean up after ourselves and recycle as many of the materials from your existing system as possible, leaving your home just as tidy as we found it.
Your new boiler will be registered with GasSafe and the manufacturer, and soon after, you will receive the compliance and guarantee certificates.
